We provide step-on guides for city tours, historical walking tours and customized sightseeing tours. We plan and deliver multi-day itineraries, ground transportation, meet & greet programs and other receptive services. Our guides also serve as destination representatives.

Conference/Aide Tours is a division of DMC Ottawa, a full-service destination management company (DMC), and is wholly owned by the Intertask Group of Companies, a pioneer in the development of the Ottawa tourism and convention industry since 1973.

Our professional tour guides deliver over 2,000 city tours per year for in-coming groups from all over the world. We know the importance of first impressions and recognize that we have one opportunity to create a positive experience and leave a lasting memory of our city. This is why our guides are native to Ottawa and are selected for their inviting personality, infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for their hometown. We are committed to delivering high-quality service at competitive prices. Our guides are tastefully uniformed, receive 66 hours of annual training and are first-aid and CPR certified. Tour bookings are confirmed in writing guaranteeing our staff will meet your group where and when requested. Tours can be adapted to meet the specific needs, ages and size of any group. Since 1985, the Government of Canada has entrusted Conference/Aide Tours exclusively to deliver its official Capital Tour program to visiting groups – primarily youth.
